| Who’s Got Talent? Season 2 (May 2010) was open to talents of all ages and all kinds, brought to you by B-Mobile Communications Sdn Bhd and Relentless Entertainment (Brunei).
The competition aims to promote an atmosphere of healthy competition, serve as a platform for undiscovered acts as it helps them to achieve recognition for their talents, and develop the growing local entertainment industry. The second season follows the huge success of Who’s Got Talent? (Season1). On hand to award the talented bunch were B-Mobile Marketing Division Senior Manger See Wei Kie, and B-Mobile Legal Regulatory and Public Relations Senior Manger Nurul Haniah Bte Hj Jaafar. The prize presentation ceremony was held at the Mall Gadong, conceding with the concluding of the B-Mobile Loyalty Club mini-exhibition. Each winner received $3500, $2000, $1700, $500 and $500 cash prizes respectively, plus WGT trophies and certificates. The Top 5 winners were: 1st winner: YEANM Female guitarist who performed solo; ‘Best Musical Talents’ (Singer); Received $3500 cash prize, a WGT trophy and certificate Special prize in the form of recording deal sponsored by Projectunes, which includes full composition, recording, studio time, mixing, mastering and radio release. 2nd winner: AINUL – ‘Best Dancer’; Who took home a $2000 cash prized, WGT trophy, certificate and a dance scholarship to participate in a two-week UK Summer Dance School from July to end of August. Relentless Entertainment Brunei and Sunshine Dance Studios UK was the main sponsors of the Best Dance Award. 3rd winner: FREDDY FLIP FLOPS – Singer Received $1700 cash prizes, plus WGT trophies and certificates. 4th winner: DARRYL G LUMA - Guitar Riffs performer Received $500 cash prizes, plus WGT trophies and certificates. 5th winner: NG CHEE TA - Robotic Dance routine. Received $500 cash prizes, plus WGT trophies and certificates. |
