| Brunei’s most unique talent competition “Who’s Got Talent?” is back with Season 3 (WGT 3). WGT is an annual talent competition organized by B-Mobile Communications Sdn. Bhd and managed by Relentless Entertainment Brunei. WGT is open to talents of all kinds and to participants of all ages. In the last 2 seasons a wide variety of talents have entered and showcased their talents from singers to dancers and football tricksters, yoyo tricks to magicians. This year’s competition concept is slightly different from the previous seasons and there are a few added features that will be revealed during the quarter final round. In order to cater to an even wider range of talents, auditions will be held in 3 districts namely the Brunei Muara, Tutong district and the Belait districts. The Brunei Muara district auditions will be held on the 28th and 29th of May, 2011 at the International Convention Centre, Berakas and registration for the Brunei Muara auditions can be made between the 25th and 27th of May, 2011 from 10am – 10pm at the B-Mobile booth in I.C.C Closed door auditions for the Tutong and Belait districts will tentatively take place on the 5th of June 2011 at Pusat Belia Tutong and the 19th of June 2011 at the Oil and Gas Discovery Centre (OGDC), Seria. Registration for both auditions will be from 11am – 1pm and the auditions will commence from 1:30pm – 4pm on the said dates. Registration forms can also be downloaded via www.gayabmobile.com.bn website. From the audition process, finalists will be selected to perform again for the public’s votes to put them through to the semi final and final rounds, which will take place towards the end of the year. The finals will be announced at a later date. All auditions and performances there after will be recorded and posted on B.Box in B-Mobile’s lifestyle website www.gayabmobile.com.bn for the public to review and vote via SMS. The top 10 contestants will then be selected to compete for the judges 100% vote for the top 4 spots in the finals. Last Who’s Got Talent seasons prizes were, 1st prize BND$3,500, 2nd prize BND$2,000, 3rd prize BND$1,000 and 4th prize BND$700. One (1) initial recording which will include: full compositions, recording, studio time, mixing, mastering & radio release for the ‘best singer’ sponsored by Projectunes and ‘Best Dance’ award, sponsored by Relentless Entertainment and Sunshine Studios UK was s scholarship to participate in the UK Summer Dance School which ran from the last week in July until the end of August, 2010. Prizes for Who’s Got Talent Season 3 promises to be even bigger and better.
