10 WINNERS of Facebook Twitter Secret Recipe Slogan Competition The Secret Recipe Slogan Competition organised by B-Mobile and Secret Recipe that ran for two weeks received good response and B-Mobile had over 200 participants from Facebook and Twitter joining the slogan competition. The competition was open to all B-Mobile Subscribers and Secret Recipe Card holders from 3rd May 2011 until 23rd May 2011 and $10 secret recipe vouchers and B-Mobile top up cards were up for grabs. Representative from Secret Recipe Brunei, Sherman Tan, the Marketing and Customer Service Manager and Marlia Mohamad, Loyalty Program Executive from B-Mobile did a draw and 10 winners were selected for the slogan competiton, with 5 from B-Mobile Brunei Facebook Fan Page and 5 from Twitter. The prize presentation was held yesterday, 28th May 2011 at the Main Conference Hall ICC Consumer Fair. One of the best slogan picked from FACEBOOK was “I love to dine in Secret Recipe because all of the meals and desserts are served with mysterious Secrets and hidden Recipe inside” by Jaizah Khairunnisa Jali. Another favourite pick from TWITTER was “I love to dine in Secret Recipe because they share their secrets through their delicious cakes” To join this competition, participants needed to follow @B-Mobile Brunei on Twitter or click ‘like’ on B-Mobile’s Facebook Fan Page. All participants should start and complete their slogan with 'I love to dine in Secret Recipe because...' and slogan sentence could not be more than 15 words. There were no limitations of entries for the competition and slogans need to be submitted via B-Mobile’s Facebook and Twitter. Facebook and Twitter are the two popular social media networks in Brunei and the B-Mobile Loyalty team has been actively using it to promote and interact with the B-Mobile customers and followers, starting all sorts of programs and competitions. Seeing the growing popularity and how a lot of people use it everyday as a form of interaction, coming up with slogan and other competitions as such brings up the hype of the company and we are glad to be working with the B-Mobile Loyalty Club team on this. “Currently B-Mobile has over 5000 followers on facebook and twitter combined” said Marlia, Loyalty Program Executive for B-Mobile. She continued “Facebook and Twitter has become of the very effective platforms that we use to actively promote our products and give awareness on our Loyalty Programs Merchant offers and campaigns. The response has been very good and seeing how effective it has been to organise these small competitions and giving away prizes, we will continue to promote via other campaigns in the coming months.” |
