B-Mobile Communications Sdn Bhd opened a new care centre at Times Square Mall at Jalan Berakas on 1st February 2011. Located on the first floor of the new shopping complex, this new care centre is opened to cater to the needs of our valued customers. In a statement Senior Manager of Customer Care & Sales said "We currently have two care centres in Brunei-Muara and one is at Old Airport and the other in Gadong. This additional care centreis to accomodate to the needs of our customers and give them more convenience especially for making bill payments or purchases after normal working hours."

This new care centre will operate from 10am-9pm and seven days of the week. Any B-Mobile customer wishing to make any transactions or even product enquiry can now easily do so effective today and during this first week of opening, any transaction accepted over the Times Square care centre will entitle any customer to a $10 FREE meal voucher at Secret Recipe.
